I've got a decent spend history, $40k including submariners and GMT Master 2's.... and I have to say, I was shocked at how hard it was to get a Bluesy. I had to call in some favors. Maybe the bluesy has become more popular with an evolution in consumer preferences. Who knows.... but my wait was roughly the same as my GMT Master 2.
