Probably employee error

He offers a full refund and I have never heard anybody say that he scammed them.
But 1 would think that the person that wrote a book on Rolex would at least when using his name get the listing right

It is being sold by a company bearing his name.
It has to be frustrating when you run a business and employees cant get it right

Maybe since Jeff is a member here and shares our passion for these watches he can offer something like a 10% discount to forum members in the future?
