I've had more than one (
10-15!
) problem when trying to connect to TRF, today.
My diagnostics refers to checking TRF's firewall settings.
It states that mine are set-up to accept TRF.
Also, I cleaned my registries, temp. files and etc., on my computer.
I don't think that its me that's slow. (5.7 out of 6 index rating)
Oh, the pain! 
Gotta have my TRF!
