Had a steel Sub for years. Loved it. But I never looked at the steel to admire its beauty. The visual attraction was all in the dial and ceramic bezel.
Now daily a gold Daytona. Dial's still gorgeous, but now so also is the gold bezel, case and bracelet. Even the clasp's mesmeric. The whole thing's just ... a feast for the eyes.
