No, it’s grade 2 that is nearly impossible to polish. It can be done but that’s quite expensive.
And check the SuperOcean 46mm at Breitling and you’ll see that many parts are polished in grade 5. They even have PCL.

And you can doubt it but it would surprise me that Rolex makes a patent for nothing. They especially specify that the patent is made to obtain a perfect polish finish. I can find you the patent by the end of the day if you’re interested.
