I like wearing Nautica T-shirts. They come in all sorts of colors and fit great. It’s the only t-shirt that shows off my biceps while at the same time it covers my gut. lol

But seriously, usually you can’t have it both ways. It’s either cover up your gut and your muscles also get covered up or show your muscles and your gut hangs out.
