I think the Tfit is better than the Glide Lock. I have been wearing the BB41 Monochrome most of the past 10 mos and just got a Submariner Date last week. The Tfit is easier to adjust and slightly more comfortable for my smaller wrist. The two watches are an interesting contrast. Date vs no date, oyster vs jubilee, glossy ceramic bezel vs brushed aluminum.
All in all the Sub is a better watch, but the Tudor is really nice as well. I am glad to have had it this past year. I'd like to get a Tudor chrono. love the boutique blue version. It looks really nice.
