Go for a repair except the midcase. Rebuilding the mid case is something companies like Rolliworks can do for you I think, of you feel that is needed.
Crown, crystal, overhaul is not a big deal, or unexpected after 20 years. Date ring is also a relative cheap thing to replace in the service. So pick that one as well.
