) season tickets forever, and been thrilled to watch Miami win the CWS four times. I expect UM just barely squeaked into the field of 64 this year. Unfortunately, even if they win their regional in Hattiesburg, they’ll likely face the #1 national seed (Vandy) in their super regional.
Congratulations to your son and his team! If they get to Omaha and you have the opportunity, go! The whole city goes all out to welcome fans for the CWS (and there are some great steaks to be had in Omaha).
BTW - OP, I assume your son plays for either Holy Cross or Nebraska? If the latter, well … Omaha
