It's the same procedure as any quartz movement for battery changes. There are even YT videos showing how to DIY, but I'd go with a watchmaker who can change the seal, too. I've had the Seiko Service Centre change mine twice for $40 each but I'll just get my local guy to do the next one as it's a 3-hour round trip to the SSC. If you want to buy the battery first or check the watchmaker uses the right one, it should be a SR920SW for 9F movements.
