Ten years ago we had dealers and salesmen who took care of us in all levels of retail. Today if you want a watch you go to Wal-Mart and hope the saleslady speaks English and is not on her break. And then all she will do is put the watxch on the counter and stare at you like a common thief. And do not even ask her a technical question, hahaha!
As a society we have traded away service for a lower price, so we pick up the slack here. Because no one else is gonna watch out for us.
