Wear it. Unless it's solid gold, the interviewer isn't going to notice.
The only person that would notice it if it's a SS or platinum is someone who knows Rolex style. The "Rolex" name on the dial is so small that unless they have microscope glasses on, they wouldn't know what brand it is.
