Congrats on soon becoming a 312 owner. There is a huge range of straps to choose from in all sorts of price ranges, materials etc., so my recommendation is to take some time to research and see what you like and don't rush into it, because the costs start adding up quite quickly (speaking from experience :) ). The Paneristi forum and Paneraisource both have a pretty big list of reputable aftermarket strapmakers that you can check out.
