Hi Yasser,
You moved me to action and I opened a 5513 (1520) Submariner and a 1680 (1570) Submariner to compare both balances. The 1520 has regulating pins while the 1570 is free sprung with microstella screws. The 1520 is also a Flat Hairspring while the 1570 is a Breguet Overcoil hairspring. The 1570 is of much higher quality. . .
