Stem and crown are screw together, back to the old day watchmakers just tighten up by friction, but now manufactures use Loctite to secure it together.
Your crown just need to be screw tight to stem, but this has to be done when the stem is apart from the movement.
You need a watchmaker to do this right, and very few watchmaker will do it for you just tighten the crown, they will suggest you do other service as well. If you are lucky to find one will do it for you, about one hour labor charge, you need to figure out in your area.
