If you look on the movement close to where the stem goes in you will see a small screw head in the barrel bridge cover that is the set screw insert the stem make sure when all the way in it is winding then carefully tighten. It is a small thread so don't over tighten as it will break. If done correctly you should be able to detente the stem into time changing mode. Let me know Rikki
