Thanks Marcello, but I have found that authorized dealers are usually not a credible source for any info regarding vintage Rolex or modern Rolex except for pricing a new watch.
As far as personal experience goes, have you observed, as an example, many Submariners with block numbers within a certain range? Inquiring minds want to know.
