Notice the big black pad in my pics. I always use it for anything with my watches. The worst thing you could do is take that little screw out on a hard surface like a dest. It will bounce and slide off. I learned my lesson years ago disassembling my guns. I have a designated take down pad for all my mechanical items with little parts.
