On the personal side, let me tell you my experience: The first bracelet I sent him, a TT jubilee, was missing two links when it came back. He didnīt argue with me a single word, but asked me to wait and see if he could find those or other pair in his "odds and ends box" (his exact words). One week later he gave up and sent me two removable links from his own bracelet.
Right now he is working on the bracelet of another of my watches, of course...
