Please help me i feel like I'm going mad.

I would love to know if there is any difference between a 1570 movement and a 1575 other than the date. Its just that i have seen the movement number in GMT's and Orange hand Explorer 2's and it looks like 1570 to me. So if a movement is stamped 1570 and has a date facility does that mean that it also has the GMT facility?

I would be very great full for any help.
