Well, I personally don't think you're going to find an AD on the boat, but I may be wrong. When we took our cruise, they had stuff for sale on the boat, but it was overpriced and generic. I thought the alcohol was a good deal, but when we got to port I found way better prices.
Far as Cancun goes, I'd imagine you get the Carribean pricing down there, but in my experience that pricing can vary widely. Hope you find something that floats your boat though
