Far from me to tell you what to do with your own watches but why not wear the original bands? I get that you want to keep them looking nice but you could always have them polished back to new look when you have them serviced.
Just trying to figure out why you'd want to "cheapen" your Rolex with an aftermarket bracelet.
If you are changing up to leather, I like Crown & Buckle.
