That's what I love about Rolex. The continuity of their timepieces. I highly doubt we'll be seeing a new submariner anytime soon. As previously stated the old ref 16610 was around since 89? Correct me if I'm wrong but well over 20 years.
With this new bezel upgrade along with a completely new bracelet with solid links and CLASP!!!! It think it's gonna stay for quite some time .
