Not sure if the lugs were highpolished originally, though. Not a big issue since RSC can bring it back to specs by satinising the lugs.

Speaking of RSC... you might want to have the watch serviced if it has not been overhauled recently (which I would doubt due to the lugs). Besides cleaning and oiling the movement, RSC would also bring the accuracy back to COSC specs.
