Emir, I understand that you want to have the watch look as perfect as possible, but trust me when I say it won't be the last hit the bezel takes.
If you ever hit your watch against something, the bezel will probably take the full impact.
I would leave it as is, and get over it if you can.
At the next service have it replaced and she will be as new again.

I had this happen to one of my 5-digit Submariners.
I removed the insert and the bezel and tried to get it arranged.
Problem is that where it took the hit, metal got distorted out of place, and it is nearly impossible to get it back where it used to be, without you keep noticing it.
