Bodypump is a 50 minute full body workout at my YMCA, it is basically 50 minutes of cardio with light weights. I counted reps one time a think it was around 600/650. By the time your done your muscles are screaming, plus your drenched in sweat.
I am 53 and like to watch the new young guys come in, they always grab the heaviest weights and most all switch them out by half-way thru class. Class is mostly women but it is great workout, and I was heavy into free weights when I was younger.
