Rolex wouldn't consider it a counterfeit as long as they originally made the watch no matter if non-Rolex aftermarket parts are put on it like in this case. If you took it in for service, assuming it is a genuine 16610 then they would simply remove all the aftermarket parts and replace it with correct parts for that model whether you wanted them to or not. Either way, before and after it is a real Rolex just not 100% original.
