I have not roasted my own beans, but I do know (to an extent) what goes into a really good cup of coffee. The good thing about coffee now is that it is so popular and so many "micro-roasters" have popped up, there is no need to buy from the big names anymore.
You roast your own beans, right? I'd love to see your process.
