There have been a few new-ish ones, yet i'd peg it as World Time first version (had the very rare wall clock of it as seen at dealers) and second versions. 10-day is nice too, love the 'stingray'. 5970 is quite nice and had the 3970rg at the time. Like Louis Vuitton, they grew too fast and things went downhill. Have seen this happen with a variety of luxury brands over the decades.
No worries, still love mechanical timepieces and continuing my journey elsewhere. Perhaps it is also due to wearing said timepieces often, including daily beaters, and so need durability, reliability, and a supporting service department that handles things in a timely manner.
Patek is well-aware of the many problems and it seems they are now beginning to work to solve things. May revisit the marque in five or ten years. For now, they have to swim upstream as it were to earn back when they lost with many collectors worldwide. My ex did recently get the Diamond Ribbon and that looked to be a very nice timepiece.
