ADs should be able to get you the strap parts without issue. As far as the day wheel, that needs to be from a watch maker with a parts account. They'll need to install it as well which may or may not involve a service. You might want to hunt for a bracelet; they're out there for cheaper than Rolex will supply one. Great looking watch; I agree.
