It's very comfortable. This watch is 25 years old, and has sort of become my "beater" watch so I figured I should put it on a more casual band. Plus, the original Oyster bracelet was really starting to show it's age, and putting a new rubber bracelet on this watch gave it new life.
I had a RubberB tang buckle version on it for some time, but wanted to try the Everest. I think the Everest is a bit more comfortable and fits better. Plus, the Everest models come in smaller sizes, which I needed for my wrist when using the original Rolex clasp.
Even though I still had to flip the deployment buckle to make it centered on my wrist despite getting the smallest size available for the 6-o'clock side, it still is very comfortable and I don't think anyone notices it's backwards.
