It's not just fit, the actual weight affects the overall comfort. I don;t knwo the actual weight difference but the 312/328 is much heavier than my 351/352
I could not wear my 312/328 for more than 8 hours without it getting on my nerves because of it's weight. It became so annoying that I sold it. My 351/352 fits exactly the same but significantly more comfortable to wear. I have no problems wearing it all day and night.
