I have never seen the 5271 with ruby before, but there must be a market for them.
Personally I think diamonds are Ok on mens watches, but ruby is a bit too much. The diamond on the 40th Anniversary Nautilus is not that noticeable.
I know gold and red are popular colors in China, so the ruby baguettes may be more appropriate in that culture. I saw these Nautilus at an AD in Asia a few months ago.
