I vote the PT Datograph hands down. You already have an amazing trio of PP and I'm not sure the 5168G/5726A would add enough extra to the trio over the Datograph.
Interesting that you're falling out of love with the ROO. I've never went without an ROO in the collection since 2008. Sold off the last one a few weeks ago and don't regret it one iota, and similarly, I'm now tilting more towards Patek too.
