Now, after reading this, it makes me have doubts about whether or not to send them my watch.

If I were you, I would reach out to DavidSW or Thanh (Takuya) and have them give you a quote based on your photos. Based on what I’ve read here Bob’s seems to say one price but once they receive the watch offer a lower price.
