As a current version jubilee DJ36 I the only reason that I would understand the for removing the hidden clasp is to make it as a premium deature to upsell to DD, it is a really nice feature and in my case was a key reson to chose DJ36 over DJ41.
If I have to chose the new movement vs hidden clasp I would chose hidden clasp, nevertheless increased power reserve is a great adition for people like me rotating watches.
