Its the exact reason i loved the fact Patek released the 5522 and 5524. It was not another redesign of a nautilus or an aquanaut or a dress watch.

Patek did it much smarter. They released one watch, the 5524, a toe in the water, if you will, and then added the 5522 a few years later. This new Audemars line, which too six years to develop, will be it from Audemars for the foreseeable future. The most we can look forward to is the inevitable stainless steel version once sales of the PMs are exhausted. Which shouldn't take long.
