Late last year my eight + year old Marcello C dive watch began run slow and the folks at the watch shop had already told me a few years ago if I needed a repair they couldn't do it because they lacked parts. I began looking a replacement watch. For the first time Rolex appealed to me and I haven't looked back! However, since at the time I knew very little about time pieces I did not want to risk purchasing a "preowned/used" Rolex. I went to an AD and purchased a brand new unworn Explorer. Shortly thereafter, I ordered a Submariner....still awaiting its arrival! Hopefully, it will be soon.
