Sorry for your lost and Paypal screwed you!
They did it to me too!
I can't stress enough...don't use Paypal. Please do a wire transfer, it is the only way. 3 months later and they did this is really fishy. Paypal didn't want to feel left out and wanted on the transaction. You got your money, buyer got watches and Paypal figure they do this and get it to collection. They will sell off your debt and get their money.
Imagine if they did this to a thousands of thousands of people, it would be another source of income for them.
