Frans has asked a very good and valid question. If the date was current, there's really nothing to worry. The exact same thing happened to my wife's TT YM a couple of days ago.
It was 7:30 am, but her watch was showing 3:45 am but with the current date. The watch was still running, but it only shows that the watch was so severly unwound, that there was hardly any energy left in the main spring.
Gave it 40 turns of the crown, set the correct time and everything was fine.
