Yes it’s pretty easy
1) Initially- Set ur location (12 o’clock) set the time. The city dial tells u what time it is at those locations... so London will be 5 hours away from NYC etc. Beijing will be like 13 or something....and it’s color coded with a sun and moon to tell u am or pm.
2) When you travel you press the button on the left to change your location so that the top location at 12 o’clock becomes the local destination. It’s Kind of like a Travel time complication. The entire dial will move and the hours will jump as you press the button so that you will always know what time it is everywhere in the world with out doing time zone math...
It’s probably the most useful complication I’ve had in a long time.
Or u could just look at ur phone and save yourself 75k
