FS: 145.022-69 Vintage Omega Speedmaster Chronograph head from 1969.

Beautiful step dial in excellent condition. Fairly sharp case with proper seahorse and 145022-69 on caseback. Early 2.8 serial. The bezel is the only bad part about the watch, but it has a vintage authentic look to it. This can easily be upgraded down the line if the buyer chooses.

The only thing I noticed was that the hesalite does not have an Omega symbol, so either it was one of the early ones without or is a replacement.

Running well.

Includes the expensive JPM strap shown.
