5167R-001 - it's coming to me!!

Just got the call (well, e-mail) that after 3 years, I finally will be getting this. My first watch through the AD was the stainless steel 5712, so I think this will be a great addition

I am hoping I like it as the brown/gold combo looks stunning. I was initially on the list for the blue version but switched over to this as I already have two blue face watches in the 5712 and the AP 15202.

Anyone got this? How do you feel it compares to other Aquanauts?

Congrats, it's a very beautiful reference, Patek RG is something special.

Compared to a steel 5167 it wears much differently and tends to be more top heavy but the added heft is nice. However, for daily wear I prefer the steel version.

One I always wanted, turned down when offered and have regretted it ever since. The brown/RG is great, you will love it. Enjoy!

I have one and it’s the only watch that wow’d my wife. It’s a beautiful watch and probably the most unique of all my watches. It’s very special.

I've owned it now close to a year and it is still easily one of my favorites in the collection. It is so easy to wear and I love the color combo and comfort. The RG brings that extra "pop" compared to the SS version which you will love. Congrats!

I think you would absolutely love it -- it add such a pleasing warmth to the wrist.

If for any reason you change your mind, I am only a message away :)

Wow...congratulations.

5712 as a first watch and then a 5167r? You are blessed.

Are your AD Berrys? Have you been to the new standalone boutique yet?

Ha ha thank you - we were lucky to build a relationship with a standalone boutique and my advisor is awesome. We clicked off the bat and I think that has obviously helped.

Our actual first purchase from Patek was a 7118 stainless steel silver for my wife, and then I got my 5712 after. This will be the third one overall :)

I have one, also waited about three years. It is very hard to catch the beauty of this watch on a picture. Actually, on a significant percentage of the online material it can look a bit boring. Don’t worry! , in real life on the wrist the rosegold with the brown looks spectacular and super warm.

Gorgeous! Do enjoy! Any specific reason you chose 5167R instead of 5164R or 5968R? I'm always so curious to learn more about one's decision making process!

Congrats! I have the same combo and I think they complement each other very well. You'll love the change of pace.
