Picked a strange fruit today!

While out in my gardens I picked a strange startfruit!

Wow, nice! Do you grow those in your garden? Oh, I just checked, you are in Florida, of course you can!

Sweet. Now, if I could only find a good source for guava in California, I'd be all set (guava is my favorite fruit, but the only one I can find here has been frozen for transport and it tastes awful).

It was a good year for starfruit in Florida,my tree was packed with them and they are quite expensive at Publix!

Try to get the strawberry guava,frost won't harm them.

Steve, great pictures of the starfruits. Come over to Malaysia - the starfruits are much bigger and cheaper and of course the Rolexs are from the AD's here are cheap as well - we're duty free and with reasonable discount.
