Good price for an SD?

Looking at picking up a BNIB sea-dweller M serial. Never worn with stickers. What's a decent amount to offer? $5,500?

Maybe from an AD with 2 year warranty in your name. I'd offer less for gray market. Asking prices have been 6-6.5, but who knows what they're actually going for.

Yes, found SD at a local non-AD jeweler.
