Even Quartz Watches Need Servicing

My Movado just came back from it's service. Quartz watches have mechanical parts that need oiling and gaskets do wear out. Back in time - I have a black tie event this weekend and I needed my "tuxedo watch" back.

NICE! I have the same version. What was wrong with it and what did they do? Oh I see you had it serviced, so just routine?
