Thinking of a 2nd PAM
Ok, I'm contemplating a 2nd PAM to accompany my 312. I am going base for sure. My thoughts are the zero, the 112, and the 176. I don't want a seconds hand or date. So, which of these retains its value the best if I chose to sell down the road? And should I go AD or used? Or gray?
Anyway, I will probably wait till after I pay my taxes next month, so I have time to mull over my choices. I want to stick in the under 5k range for this one. Preferably closer to 4k. I'd love to hear your guys preferences or thoughts who've been in the same boat. Pictures are appreciated of course! ![]() |

Me too, with a 00024 (and lovin' it) feel i really need a hand cranker with a sandwich dial to round out the collection. My price range is about the same so looking at the 111 even though its still a luminor case! Changing straps is just way too much fun!

I have thought hard about the 210. I need to try it on since I've never tried on a rad. But for my purposes of the 2nd pam, I want to go very casual. i think that my 312 can dress up quite nicely, and the rads I consider a little dressier (though I know with the right strap can be very casual too). But also, I'm taking into consideration the cost of buying a whole new slew of straps that would fit the rad. I'd go with a 45mm rad if I did, and I don't think the 24mm straps will work with them. So I'm thinking $$ sense too.

A used zero would be my choice!
Paint (I like better on Lum's) Logo (works on the base) Used (little beat up, good price and good daily)

Mik - that's exactly what I'm looking for. Something I can wear wherever (gasp, even the gym sometimes on a rubber strap) lol

I would say go for a Rad as well, but then the straps not fitting is a valid point (from a practicality standpoint). A used base would be a great choice, and out of the ones you mentioned I would go for the 112 because I like the display back.
