Something missing ?

I got the new OEM Assolutamente strap for my 005.
But I find metal missing inside slug and buckle. I have both OEM calf and croc and they both have metal inside slug and buckle.
Do Assolutamenthe strap have metal inside slug and buckle or not ?
Thanks

Rubbers come standard with tubes as you can't remove them easily at all.

All other straps do not come standard with tubes. You can buy them directly from Panerai or get aftermarket ones on ebay, panatime, etc.

You can also easily remove the tubes from your non rubber strap and put in your new leather strap.

Do I must have tube ?
When I change the new strap without tube, it seem fit perfect ?

It depends on your watch. If you have screw lugs like a 000, the tubes are there to prevent the leather straps from backing the screws out. If you have a watch with the new strap change system that doesn't need a screwdriver, then you don't need tubes, but they'd probable add a little stretch to your strap if you wear it tight. Hope that makes sense.
