My Rolex seems fast, is this common?

Hello, I have a 2008 blue submariner as my daily watch and it always seems to be 1-2 minutes fast every month - so in 2-3 months’ time I have to set it back. I wear it all day only taking it off to sleep and I had the same issue with my red black 2000 GMT, being fast when that was my daily watch. Does anyone know if this is ok and is maybe a known or common issue or my watch needs to be serviced?
