I am selling an 18K Rose Gold Patek Philippe Aquanaut Model # 5167R.
The watch was not a safe queen and it needs only a nice polish and I would rate it 85 to 88% regardless it's priced to sell as is.
The watch comes complete with box and paper and it was bought in Vegas in 2010.
